Image: Each year, the UGA Alumni Association recognizes 40 of the university's most outstanding graduates under the age of 40. Nearly 500 young professionals were nominated for this distinction this year. These individuals have achieved a high level of achievement in their careers while maintaining a strong relationship with UGA. David Lasseter (UGA history '02) is the Director of Government Relations, United Technologies Corporation Wash. D.C. Also, graduating with her Bachelor's degree in history in 2001, Meaghan also earned a JD degree in 2005 at UGA's School of Law and is now a Partner at Alston & Bird LLP. Tags: Alumni News
